Reborn Pro2 Tower Bimini Installation Guide

WARNING: Please remove the canopy when you drive the boat over 35 miles/H

Important Notice:
1.Please take a few minutes to read the entire installation instructions and become familiar with the parts and installation before beginning to ensure a high quality, trouble free installation.
2.Please don’t modify this product ,climb, ride or stand on it.
3.Please distinguish the front and rear side of the frame section.
4.The assembly can be easier done on the ground and need 2 people to finish it when install the frame onto the tower.
5.Tighten all hardware for completion.
6.Please be careful when your boat is approaching bridges or overpasses.
7.This tower bimini is designed to fit all Reborn wakeboard towers and most other popular brand of towers, the following pictures show the position of the bimini rings on Reborn catapult tower.
8.Please don’t move or rotate the mini clamps and cross fitting before you loose the set screws of them completely.

Care & maintenance:
1.Be sure to check and tighten all fasteners and connections prior to every use.
2.Use soap and water or general cleaner to clean the top.

Unpack the carton you will find below contents :

Step 1: Take out all bimini frame bars, and put front/rear frame sections and middle frame side bars on ground.(as the right picture)

Step 2: Install the bimimi frame,

You can do it easily with the pin system.

And pay attention there should be 6x A small mouth clamps and 2x B cross brackets

installed on the frame at the position as shown in the right picture, and keep them

loose and movable on the frame at this stage.

Step 3: Connect the middle support bars with pin system and install the 2 bars onto the main

frame. Pay attention there should be 1x B cross bracket on each support bar.

Step 4 : Install the canopy.
Install the canopy on the frame as shown in the right pictures, you can do it easily with the zipper.

Step 5: Assemble the front support bar on the clamp B as shown in below picture.

Important note: If you don't install the bimini above your tower, please don't assemble the 2x T lift brackets!

Important note :

If you want to install this bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard tower, please refer to step6.
If you want to install this bimini top above the top section of your wakeboard tower, please refer to step7.

Step 6 :Install the bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard tower.

Install the four bimini rings on the tower’s bars as shown in the right pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.

Please measure the distance between the 2 rings mounted on the rear bars of tower, and adjust the support bar to let the total length of rear frame bar to fit it.

Lift the bimini top, connect the rear middle frame bar with the rings mounted on the rear bars of the tower.

Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars of tower.

Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want.Please make a bit adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten all of the bolts and set screws.

Step 7 : Install the bimini top above on the tower Mount two rings on the front bars of tower, and mount two rings on the top section as shown in the right pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.

Lift the bimini top, Connect the two lift fittings with the rings mounted on the top section of the tower.

Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars of tower.

Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want.

Please make a bit adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten all of the bolts and set screws.
